Parlay Rosé Wine will be participating in the Beaver Creek Master Chef Classic presented by Bon Appetit Magazine. The event will take place in Beaver Creek, Colorado and celebrates all things culinary. The Master Chef Challenge (similar to the Iron Chef competition) will take place on Friday night January 29th and the ever-popular Grand Tasting event (which we will be pouring wine at along with Churchill Cellars), takes place on Saturday night, January 30th. Also don’t miss a full lineup of tastings, seminars and cooking classes that celebrate culinary delights and offerings from Beaver Creek chefs as well as renowned guest chefs including Joey Campanaro, Cat Cora, Ming Tsai, Hidekazu Tojo, François Payard and more.
